Q: Do you supervise furniture placement in my exhibit space?
A: Yes, our account executive will review your order on-site and ensure furniture is in a show ready condition.
Q: When I rent furniture from you do I need to make arrangements for pick up?
A: No, V-Decor event staff will pick up furniture at scheduled pick-up time.
Q: Is your office in Las Vegas or a different city?
A: Yes, our office/warehouse is located right off the Las Vegas strip. Approximately 2 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center, 2 miles from the Mandalay Bay. We are located within 1 mile of most Las Vegas strip hotels.
Q: Is this the rental price or purchase price?
A: This is the rental price, we do not sell furniture.
Q: Why are your prices lower than the show contractors?
A: We specialize in fine exhibit furniture. The general contractor is responsible for every aspect of trade show. So their overhead costs are much higher.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes we deliver directly to your venue and assist in the placement of furniture.
Q: I have never exhibited at a tradeshow before. What kind of furniture do you recommend?
A: Our furniture rental packages are a great start to stay within budget.
